Ported the code, but I'm not too familiar with Delta-rational chords.
As far as I understand this should be a modifier in Scale Workshop 3 so is there only supposed to be a single parameter and is the result supposed to be a modified scale with the equave fudged too?

How do you tease apart the delta signature and the "alpha" from this? Is that what your code is about? "Delta rationalize" isn't about modifying an existing chord and making it delta rational, but about discovering the signature to begin with?
